Application of the new rules for determining placings

Dear runners,

In line with the new World Athletics rules (the international governing body of athletics federations), this year’s Subotica Half Marathon will use a new method of determining placings, based on gross time (Gun Time).

Net time (Chip Time) will still be measured, but it will not be official and is provided for information only.

For example, all times that do not end in a zero will be rounded up to the next full second (2:09:44.3 will be recorded as 2:09:45).
