SUPM Community Day – Everything you need to know!

 

Registration:

5 km and 9 km races

5 km and 9 km races

  • The races start separately.
  • The 5 km race starts at 18:09, the 9 km race at 19:09.
  • The whole programme ends at 21:30.
  • Both races start and finish at the same start/finish gate.
  • The whole event is hosted by a presenter, with a DJ playing the latest music.
  • Every runner gets water, fruit, branded socks and sponsor gifts in the race pack.
  • The medal is made of eco-friendly material.
  • Taking part in SUPM Community Day entitles you to the lowest entry fee for the 9th Subotica Half Marathon, with the option to register and pay on the spot.
  • The race winners receive free race packs for the 9th Subotica Half Marathon.
  • Registration is open until midnight on 12 June.
  • The entry fee for both races is 1,900 dinars.

Basketball 2×2 tournament

  • Retro basketball 2×2 is played on two half-courts, with a DJ and a presenter.
  • The tournament starts at 17:00 on the red court in Prozivka Park.
  • 24 teams are expected to take part.
  • Each team may have up to 4 members.
  • Games last 9 minutes or up to 11 points.
  • Rolling substitutions are allowed.
  • The tournament is officiated by professional referees under the current basketball 2×2 rules, with scorekeepers.
  • Participants born in 2010 or earlier are eligible to enter.
  • All participants are entitled to the lowest entry fee for the 9th Subotica Half Marathon.
  • The winning team wins branded jerseys.
  • The whole tournament is covered by photographers and cameras.
  • The first photos will be published the same evening.
  • Water, fruit and a great atmosphere await all competitors.
  • A three-point shooting contest with prizes will be held before the final.
  • The entry fee per team is 1,900 dinars.

Kids’ obstacle races

  • The kids’ races start at 18:00.
  • Children aged 6 to 9 may take part, with parental consent.
  • The races are adapted to children of that age and include obstacles of a suitable level.
  • The programme is run in the presence of licensed coaches from the SU Team sports school.
  • All activities take place in a fenced-off area, on the grass next to the hill in Prozivka Park.
  • Parents stay outside the fenced-off area.
  • Medals and water are provided for all children.
  • The event will be covered by photographers and cameras.
  • Registration is free.

Important information

  • The whole event takes place in Prozivka Park on 21 June 2026.
  • The event will be covered by a team of photographers and several cameras.
  • The first photos from the event will be published the same evening.
  • Part of the funds raised will go towards supporting school-age children in sport and towards renewing the hoops on the court where the basketball 2×2 tournament is played.
  • The whole event will be secured by professional security staff, with an ambulance crew and Red Cross volunteers present.
